These bureaus publish an incentive for meetings that bring room nights. Almost all want the request to reach them before you sign a contract. We put the bureau in the request for you, and we name our own commission in your contract. Read from each bureau’s own page on 2026-10-14.
$1,500 for 50–99 room nights, $2,500 for 100–249, $3,500 for 250–399, $4,000 for 400 or more, based on post-event pickup.
Ask: The inquiry must come through Destination Augusta. RFP by 12/31/2026, meeting by December 2028.
