Every planner role we hire for is W-2. Sourcing and contract roles (L1–L4) are paid by the hour plus a bonus for the events they book. Sourcing roles start part-time, and we hire as bookings come in. No degree required, and no industry experience required for entry roles. We train you.

The pay ladder
Everyone at a level is paid the published rate for that level — one rate, not a range. Moving up a level is based on written criteria you can see.
Plus a per-event bonus
$55.07 for each event you book beyond 26 in a year, scaled by your contract-quality score and subject to contract review. Below a 3.0 average there is no bonus, however many events you book.
W-2, part-time to start
A real employer, with payroll and taxes handled. Sourcing and contract roles (L1–L4): hourly pay at your level's rate, plus the per-event bonus.
Benefits (full-time)
Health, dental and vision with employer contribution from day 31. 401(k) with match after six months. Equipment provided, plus an internet and phone stipend. For part-time roles, your offer letter states which benefits and paid time off apply.
Paid time off (full-time)
15 days PTO accruing from day one, plus seven paid holidays and two floating days you choose.
No degree required
We hire for judgment and care. We teach the industry.
